[Nut-upsuser] NUT for Windows + Eaton/PW 5110

0. In separate command prompts.
1. I start the driver.
2. I run upsc
3. Wait 2 seconds (some delay is important)
4. I run upsd
5. upsc spits out values
6. upsd crashes

If I start upsd before upsc/upsmon like your suppose to, it will crash 
immediately once they try to connect to it. In upsc's case no values are 
spitted out before upsd crashes.

I was going to do that if I had anything beside "Out of Memory" at the 
invocation of upsmon. upsmon fails to connect because upsd dies the 
instant it tries.

As far as the driver not auto-installing, perhaps these IDs would be useful?

USB\VID_0592&PID_0002&REV_0050 (Device Manager)

USB\VID_0592&PID_0002\5&28842022&0&3 (USBDeview)
