[PKG-Openstack-devel] Bug#771049: git-review: Please add a manpage for git-review command

While it *does* contain a manual page now, it is nearly unreadable 
(missing newlines).

Furthermore, I can't tell whether due to formatting errors or simply 
missing text the content is unusable. An excerpt:

     Close down the local branch and switch back to the target branch on successful submission.
     Don't actually perform any commands that have direct effects. Print them instead.
     Git remote to use for Gerrit.
     Just run the repo setup commands but don't submit anything.

Should this be a list and the required options are missing?
