commit ff798bfe2e10c970442184ecf56d0516d9c1ad99

Move BLUTRONICS BLUDRIVE II CCID to supported list

The reader was initialy in the "supported" list in 2008
    https://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/pcsclite/CCID.git/commit/?id=10ab5d34522dc5e835da7d767b923628bf167c9a

Then in 2010 the CCID driver moved to libusb-1.0 and I moved the reader
    from "supported" to "disabled".
    https://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/pcsclite/CCID.git/commit/?id=e9a491beb0741dd2bcbe60d93183f425757bd03e

Then in 2011 the CCID driver was patched to use the reader again with
libusb-1.0. The reader moved from the "disabled" to "should work" list.
    https://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/pcsclite/CCID.git/commit/?id=bfe96ddd9acf79ebea695dbbe3a77a8973996ca6

The reader should have been moved to the "supported" list in 2011. This
    is now fixed.

Thanks to Dario Leone for the notice.
