commit 8ee6962f08beb1dfd539ae70b819246732019a91
Author: Ludovic Rousseau <ludovic.rousseau at free.fr>
Date: Fri Nov 13 11:27:12 2015 +0100
OpenUSBByName(): do not call close_libusb_if_needed()
close_libusb_if_needed() is no more needed in OpenUSBByName() now that
FreeChannel() is called in case of error.
FreeChannel() will call ClosePort() and ClosePort() will call
close_libusb_if_needed()
