Actually i tried to research this a bit more.

So, when i echo $TORARCHITECTURE and $SYSARCHITECTURE, i get
64
64

However if i unset TORARCHITECTURE in that script, TBB still starts
correctly...

Does it work for you if you hardcode that variable?
