[pkg-apparmor] OPW Status Update, week 7 & 8

Hi,

this is the latest status update.

DONE
=====
* File a wishlist bug against bugs.debian.org for push/pull
notifications for usertags, this is now #776587
* Move debugging documentation to its own page
* Discuss & document when "Suggests: apparmor" needs to have a version
number or Breaks:
* Move user stories to dedicated page AppArmor/UserStories
* Link User stories from the Tools section on AA/Contribute
* Found a small bug in aa-unconfined which has been patched by upstream devs
* Document how to usertag bugs

NOT COMPLETELY DONE
===================
* Work on wiki documentation navigation: make pages easy to access and
things easy to find. I need to redo a walk through the navigation and
user stories.
* document branch names for Upstream/bzr documentation

NOT DONE
========
* UDD query for usertags
The documentation took much more time than I thought, so I have not
worked on the technical side of things.

PROBLEMS
========

* Follow-up on new-profile tagged bugs: I have wanted to point the
new-profile bug submitters to our documentation. I got back one email
from a package maintainer, who suggested that I should contact the bug
submitter directly and not use the BTS itself.
Also, I should have waited for review of my emails I think. Let's talk
about that during the next meeting.
