looks very good IMHO, just a few nitpickings about language...:

"you might want to report a bug against one of these packages." -> I'd like to 
see this phrased a bit more encouraging. We want bug reports!!

"We have agreed to use certain tags to use." -> "We have agreed to use certain 
tags."

"Please tag bugs for the user with the user pkg-apparmor-team AT 
lists.alioth.debian.org and use these tags when you can, as follows: " -> 
"Please tag with the user pkg-apparmor-team AT lists.alioth.debian.org and use 
the following tags:" and then add "Please contact us if you see the need for 
another tag not listed here" below the list of tags.

" This implies that changes should be merged upstream and in the Debian 
package. " -> ...and _into_ the Debian package.

"if you want to request that a new profile be shipped or if work on this new 
profile and try to get it merged upstream" -> "_is_ shipped" and "if _you work 
on this new profile"
