Great! It works. I was not aware that `crontab -e` can be executed by
any user and installs user related cronjobs. Awesome.

After testing, I now modified the receiver of these emails to this list
(there was one test email sent...)

However, from now on, we'll receive only newly tagged bugs, as I assumed
that the existing ones are already known to everybody involved in this
endeavour :)
