[pkg-apparmor] Bug#854562: dh_apparmor: multiple invocations produces multiple definiitons of aa_is_enabled

Hi,

it seems that multiple invocations of dh_apparmor for the same package insert
multiple definitions of the function aa_is_enabled into the postinst. For
instance, the postinst of apparmor_profiles version 2.10.95-6 contains 31
copies of the definition of aa_is_enabled.
