[pkg-apparmor] Alioth: the future of mailing lists

I propose we migrate this very mailing list to boum.org; I'm happy
with their email hosting service and we at Tails use their mailing
list server quite a lot. They run Mailman so I'm confident they can
easily import the archives.

Thoughts?

Deadline: I'll make this happen if there are no strong objections
within a month.
