I can speak for ossmaint at yubico.    Seems like you see no problem
having it maintained by this group, so I'll change the Maintainer:
field on next upload.  I think most if not all of the packages above
should be moved to this group as well, we want to invite feedback and
help with the packaging and doing that by making an external (to
yubico) alias own the package seems like a good way.  And they should
all be authentication related, in some way or another.
