I have not yet found the time to test the packages, unfortunately.

With the next Semester starting in 2 weeks I have been more than super
busy at work, doing little side projects like this was totally out of
the questions.

And then I managed to destroy my Stretch VM I had at home while at the
same time discovering my backups where no good. Fun times.

From a theoretical standpoint the packages look good. I did a comparison
between the Sid and Stretch-Backports maintainer scripts and this also
looked ok.

But to be really sure, I wanted to do at least a test install and test
upgrade, to check the database upgrade works correct with dbconfig from
Stretch.
