[pkg-bacula-devel] 9.6.7 has been released

Hi .*,

9.6.7 has been released and the correct signatures have been uploaded to 
sf.net.

Unfortunately in a format incompatible with uscan, so I had to manually 
verify the integrity of the archives, but they now check out.

I imported the release, removed patches applied upstream and refreshed 
the rest.

A local test build on Sid/amd64 shows no compile time regressions, I 
will run autopkgtest and piuparts later.

The diff between 9.6.6 and 9.6.7 don't show any major major changes 
other than the MariaDB 10.5 compatibility and the addition of a much 
needed SQL deadlock breaker.

I also don't see any "leaked" BaculaSystems copyrights, but another pair 
of eyes looking at the whole would be appreciated.
