I do not understand this as well, because the FilenameId exists in the 
Filename table and running the SELECT part of the clause works fine in 
my 9.6.7 installation.

My guess would be that the new 9.6.7-7 installation piuparts creates 
differs in the schema from a "lived-in" installtion that has been 
upgraded before.
