Hi Guys,

I am pressed with so many things in parallel at the moment, that I have
not cared enough to update the repository. The auto-build packages of
bioc are on
    http://public.pzr.uni-rostock.de/~moeller/mirror/bioc/builds/
Please check this out, I just did, it seems to work. There is a problem
with LDAP configuration on that machine which I just circumvented. The
packages all start with r-bioc, so do not be too surprised if the debs
appear late on ths list.

Some data packages are also included, otherwise some packages could not
have been compiled. Please forget about this bioinformatics.pzr address
for bioconductor packages. These are leftovers from a manual effort in
packaging of mine.

Have fun!

Steffen

And yes, these package are from June, crying for an update, indeed.
