as of 2.24-1 I've added the FAQ from bluez.sf.net, regarding HOWTOs there are so
many at http://www.holtmann.org/linux/bluetooth/ (linked from bluez's
documentation section). I think it is okay to just point the user to
http://www.bluez.org/documentation.html and/or the above URL.
