[pkg-boost-devel] Bug#390553: libboost-regex1.33.1: libboost-regex uninstallable, depends on libicu34 which has been replaced by libicu36

On trying to install monotone, I get:
The following packages have unmet dependencies.
  monotone: Depends: libboost-regex1.33.1 but it is not going to be
installed
E: Broken packages

When trying to install libboost-regex1.33.1 I get:

The following packages have unmet dependencies.
  libboost-regex1.33.1: Depends: libicu34 but it is not installable
E: Broken packages

libicu34 no longer exists in unstable, libicu36 has replaced it.
Please update libboost-regex to the new version.
