[Pkg-cas-maintainers] Backporting libapache2-mod-auth-cas in squeeze

Hi team,

We had double encoding issues with mod_auth_cas 1.0.8 ([1]) and so I
backported it from wheezy.

The backport is just a rebuild (using backported debhelper and
dpkg-dev). Can I upload it? (I am a DD)
