[Pkg-cas-maintainers] mod-auth-cas and Apache 2.4 woes

Hi.

There seem to be issues with Apache 2.4 although no one directly
complained to b.d.o AFAICS. This is a bit better for
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libapache2-mod-auth-cas

If anyone has spare time to investigate, I think it would be great to
try, at least, to clone/interlink with the Launchpad bugs and upstream's
so that the situation has chances to improve.

Unfortunately, I'm not myself abel to perform more tests for the moment,
sorry.

Just my 2 cents, in case.
