Close chromium, install sqlite3 and try this:

sqlite3 Safe\ Browsing\ Bloom 'PRAGMA integrity_check;'
sqlite3 Safe\ Browsing\ Bloom\ Filter\ 2 'PRAGMA integrity_check;'

Then backup those files:
mv Safe\ Browsing\ Bloom\ Filter\ 2 Safe\ Browsing\ Bloom\ Filter\ 2.old
mv Safe\ Browsing\ Bloom Safe\ Browsing\ Bloom.old

And restart again chromium.
