[Pkg-chromium-maint] Bug#580547: chromium-browser: Cannot open downloads without xdg-utils package installed

Clicking on a downloaded filename in the downloads window should open
the file, but it wasn't opening the file for me. I was able to fix this
by installing xdg-utils, which provides xdg-open. Would adding xdg-utils
as a dependency for chromium-browser be appropriate?
