Improving Cyrus SASL documentation

Good news!

I spent the weekend in London, visiting Alexey Melnikov, one of the Cyrus SASL
maintainers. We worked on Cyrus SASL documentation and the result will be
added upstream to Cyrus SASL sources directly. So, when the next Cyrus SASL
version will be released, documentation will be available.
