Bug#608351: saslauthd stop runlevel arguments (0 1 6) do not match LSB Default-Stop values

Perhaps I spoke too soon.  The debian/rules file for the package already
has this line:

dh_installinit --name=saslauthd start 20 2 3 4 5 . stop 20 1 .

Since it is already passing only runlevel 1 for stop, I am not sure what
else I can do.  Can you suggest something?
