Bug#849706: please re-enable Heimdal GSSAPI support

Hi Jelmer,

I have reinstated heimdal support in cyrus-sasl2 package. I would really
appreciate if you could do an extensive testing if everything is ok when
-2 package reaches unstable, so it doesn't migrate into testing in bad
shape because of this change.
