Marc required that dynamic load be implemented before this can be enabled,
so that it won't be loaded by default.  I implemented it, but upstream hasn't
merged it yet:

Perhaps you can poke someone in upstream so they commit it, or persuade Marc
to accept linking with libspf directly.
