[Pkg-exppsy-maintainers] documentation for pyepl

This raises a more general statement and question:

We would like to have a wiki someplace where pyepl users can find
documentation and contribute code.

Do any of you have suggestions on where we should host this?

We currently have the website on sourceforge, which I'm ok with.
There is wiki functionality in sourceforge that we are not currently
using.

Another option is to switch over to google code, which is less
cluttered than alioth.

And a final option is alioth, which doesn't necessarily support what
we want and is a less-standard location for such a thing.

I'm open to be swayed in many directions.

Thanks,
Per
