Thank you for that, I was afraid I was going bonkers ;-)
For a little background; I have a little more experience with Fedora and
derivatives, where prefork and worker are not mutually exclusive packages, so
I can run the main webserver using prefork (/usr/sbin/httpd) and start the 389
dirsrv-admin service using /usr/sbin/httpd.worker.
Is there a similar method for Debian, or would I need to switch everything on
the node to run under apache2-mpm-worker in order to be able to run dirsrv-
admin?
