In the pkg-fonts SVN on Alioth.

Well, depends. If you feel like this, we could give you commit access
to the SVN and then you could just commit the changes...:-)

fontforge is in maintenance mode, these days. Kestutis slowed down his
work on it. Davide Viti took this over, but has many duties around so
I guess that some help could be appreciated.
