[debian-freedict] [Important] Alioth + Mailing List Shutdown

Hi all,

as announced[^1], alioth mailing lists are closing in the forseeable future. In
contrast to my original intention, the Debian side developed much quiter as I
had hoped; this is also my fault.
We now have several options:
- We could initiate a new lists at lists.debian.org. Given that we rarely have
discussions here, I'm not sure that we could get a list there.
- We could use the official Freedict list for some Debian-related discussions
as well. This might distract non-Debian users, but given how little we
    discuss, I don't see a problem.
If we would go down that path, I wonder what the maintainer should be? We
could of course just enter my name as the maintainer (as before), but I
would prefer to work with somebody else and a mailing list increases that
    potential.

Please let me know your opinions.

Cheers
Sebastian
