[pkg-fso-maint] navit needs libgps19, but libgps19 conflicts with fso-gpsd

it was added by Bernd Zeimetz (the gpsd maintainer) in version 2.90-1.

While it might be that this works at the moment because you're lucky,
it will definitely break with the next upload of gpsd as the protocol changed.

Which seems to be libgps19. So it seems until someone fixes the global issues
its either fso-gpsd or newer software using gps-functions.
Mickey seems to have started implementing a new gps-daemon, but I don't know
how far its progressed.
