I checked your changes and they look ok for me. I did not yet build
the package, though. Notes so far:
* debian/watch can be used as intended now
* you can remove the information about the 0.10.0 import from the
debian/changelog entry.

Uploading the packages does not depend on preparing all components.
It can be done step by step.

Please register yourself an account on [0] and request membership
in pkg-fso afterwards, so that you can access the pkg-fso repositories
on git.debian.org. We can just continue using the existing git (and
maybe add an upstream-old branch, but that's not really needed imho).
