Note that in this particular case, upstream is quite responsive and I'm in
touch with them. Also, I usually test the package before the final release
in order to fix things directly instead of using a patch.

That said, sure, there are many chances I'll need a patch system in the
(hopefully distant) future. But still, I prefer to keep the package as clean
as possible; if I don't need something I prefer to get rid of it.

I would like to hear from others too. I don't really have a strong opinion
here. If other people in the team think keeping quilt (even if it is not
used) is useful, I can live with that.
