I'll send it upstream so they can solve it.

I guess in UltraStar, being only for Windows, and being Windows
non-case-sensitive, that problem is not likely to arise.

I'll think about it so a quick solution can be found, I'm not so sure about
a quick hack renaming the files, even more when that files might be in a
read-only or a network partition.
