Bug#647124: scummvm: Build-Depends conflict on kfreebsd

Justification: fails to build from source (but built successfully in the past)

Dear Maintainer,

scummvm can't be build on kfreebsd, because it build-conflicts with liboss-salsa-dev,
but build-depends on libfluidsynth-dev, which in turn depends on liboss-salsa-dev
on kfreebsd.

This build-conflicts was added to close bug #600655

In the bug report another method to fix the bug without build-conflicting with
liboss-salsa-dev was mentioned. Please use this method.

This prevents the new package to enter testing.
