The progressbar doesn't check that output is a TTY either and
"lgogdownloader | less" show all the fancy ANSI escape codes...
not really a problem.

Finally nailed lgogdownloader integration.

Some remark:
- for games with official linux support GOG doesn't sell .deb or tarballs
anymore;
  only shell-extracting .sh that can be read with unzip
  We should use those instead of the setup.exe
    - to avoid to require innoextract all the time
    - to influence GOG.com statistics per platform
- only english currenlty supported
