This looks like a bug in soundtouch, since dolphin-emu works with
libsoundtouch0 1.9.0-1 but not 1.9.1-1 (which is what you have).

I have attached the output of abi-compliance-checker on soundtouch and
some symbols were removed which has broken the ABI.
