Bug#998037: gargoyle-free: Mention config file path in man

Dear Maintainer,
    `man gargoyle-free` does not mention that you can write a dotfile
to configure gargoyle-free, but the possibility is there [1].

My suggestion:
- mention this in the manpage;
- copy the example config file [1] in /usr/share/doc/gargoyle-free/ so
  users can study its documentation.
