Bug#197416: gconf2: gconftool-2 --help produces megabytes of garbage on stdout

The bug is still here.

I found out, this happens only with locale ru_RU.UTF-8:

$ export LANG=ru_RU.UTF-8
$ gconftool-2 --help

Will produce megabytes of garbage...

It works O.K. if I

$ export LANG=de_DE.UTF-8

or

$ export LANG=C

Seems to be connected with Russian help text which is probably missing.
