Please NMU libeel2-data, removing dependency on libeel2-2

Oh, I didn't know that as I didn't see it in SVN.

To save your time, should I prepare it? 

Well, probably won't be terribly helpful as you'll have to do the upload
anyway. All that needs to be done is to replace one occurrence of
"depends" by "recommends". (plus running debuild and dput, of course.)
