Bug#259159: librsvg2: FTBFS missing build-depends "X11/Intrinsic.h: No such file or directory"

librsvg2 FTBFS on mips/mipsel/s390 with this error:

I am reporting this as important instead of serious because the latest
version of mozilla-dev (on which librsvg2 build-depends) depends on
libxt-dev, however
a) mozilla 1.7 continues to FTBFS on a number of architectures,
therefore librsvg2 will continue to FTBFS on these archs.
b) if librsvg2 directly includes X11/Intrinsic.h it should
build-depend on it, IMHO.
