Bug#261178: libstartup-notification0: the .pc file is included in the binary instead of -dev package

Hmmm, very odd. I'm not sure what happened now, I'd reconfigured my gaim 
source tree, and it detected it, and then failed to compile because it 
wasn't present (i apt-get installed the -dev package after the failure, 
so i know it wasn't there to start with), and the error went away. then 
when you replied, i removed the package, but could not duplicate the 
error, with the same source tree. very odd. anyway, this bug can be 
closed, sorry to bother you.
