In addition to the problem above where Actions->Logout does not work
when using xdm or kdm, another problem with 06_shutdown.diff in
2.6.2-4 is that if the user does not use a display manager at all
Actions->Logout does not work either.

I personally use startx to start Gnome so this is quite an
inconvenience.

I hope you agree that Actions->Logout should work regardless of the
display manager you happen to be using (or not using like in my case).
