Bug#235823: if rhythmdb.xml doesn't already exist, rhythmbox does not save library

rhythmbox no longer creates any files in ~/.gnome2/rhythmbox if they're
not already there.  If I import my music folder, exit, and restart, the
library is empty.  If I create a dummy empty rhythmbox.xml il
~/.gnome2/rhythmbox, however, the imported list is saved.
