Bug#239524: debugging help or help debugging

I have an accessible dav+ssl server which can be used to test/verify 
this bug.  I'm willing to follow debugging instructions or to provide 
the URL/username/password to someone who is set up to do the debugging 
already.  I tried to set up a debug-enabled nautilus build but "apt-get 
build-dep nautilus" gave me the cryptic error message:

       E: Build-dependencies for nautilus could not be satisfied.
