Package: gdesklets
Version: 0.26.2-6
Severity: critical

I have just installed gdesklets (+ gdesklets-data) for the first time.
When starting it from the GNOME menu, nothing happened. So I tried
again from a shell. This is all I get:

"Bonobo accessibility support initialized
GTK Accessibility Module initialized
gDesklets 0.26.2
Copyright (C) 2003, 2004 The gDesklets Team

This software is licensed under the terms of the GNU GPL."

Nothing happens. A "find . -name *gdesk*" gives me:

./.gconf/apps/gdesklets with the file ./.gconf/apps/gdesklets/%gconf.xml

<?xml version="1.0"?>
<gconf>
        <entry name="profile" mtime="1093538473" type="string">
                <stringvalue>default</stringvalue>
        </entry>
</gconf>

Consequence: I cannot use gdesklets at all. What is wrong?

Kind regards

Andreas
