Hi, I tried to reliably reproduce this bug, but I didn't succeed. To be more precise, I observed it after having recursively deleted /apps/panel with gconftool, restarting gnome-panel, moving applets from the top panel to the bottom panel and deleting the top panel (with the menu). Xav
