Package: gnome-panel
Version: 2.6.2-1
Severity: minor

I've put up a screenshot so you can see what I'm on about:
http://jejune.me.uk/images/Screenshot.png

The bottom of the clock applet is clipped. It doesn't happen with the
default ("Simple") theme - only with the Bluecurve
(gtk2-engines-wonderland), Gorilla and Industrial themes.

I think the clock applet makes some assumptions about the size of the
panel (24 pixels). If I increase the size of the panel to 27 pixels, the
text is no longer clipped. Coincidentally, the minimum panel size when
using the Simple, Amarath, etc. themes is 27 pixels (setting the size
below 27 pixels has no effect on the panel size). The Bluecurve theme
(and the others mentioned above) allow the panel size to be less than
27 pixels.

The problem persists if I log in as a freshly created user.

The other applets cope with fine the 24 pixel panel, and I can't find
a bug regarding this in the Gnome, Red Hat, or Fedora bug tracking
systems, so I assume it's some weird interaction between
gtk2-engines-wonderland (and others) and the clock applet?
