Bug#324614: totem: Neither provides a sound output pref nor obeys gnome-multimedia-selector

Just FYI, totem will respect the GStreamer configuration if you install
totem-gstreamer instead of totem-xine.

I don't know if there's a easy way to make totem-xine respect gstreamer
settings, though.
