Bug#289589: gucharmap: Gucharmap displays no help menu

Package: gucharmap
Version: 1:1.4.2-1
Severity: normal

gucharmap displays no help menu, even though there is
help content included in the package and the screenshots
there include a help menu. Not only does this accessing
help harder, but also finding out the installed version
cumbersome.
