Bug#292463: ogg vorbis file fails to play

Package: totem
Version: 0.100-1

When double click on an Ogg Vorbis file, Totem displays the author and
title on the title bar and displays "Playing | 0:00 (Streaming)" on
the status bar, but no audio is played.

The same thing happens when I start Totem from the Applications menu
and use Totem's Open menu command to open the file.

I am using the gstreamer backend.
